Advance booking is recommended wherever possible, especially for airport transfers, event travel, weddings, roadshows and full-day chauffeur hire. Short-notice enquiries may also be possible, depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Yes. Many journeys are arranged by PAs, office managers, family members or event organisers. Please provide the passenger’s name, contact details where appropriate, collection information and any preferences we should be aware of.

Waiting Time, Delays & Cancellations

Waiting time depends on the type of booking. For airport collections, a reasonable allowance may be included to allow for passengers to leave the terminal. For hourly hire, roadshows, events and weddings, waiting time is usually planned into the booking. Any additional waiting time should be discussed when arranging your journey.

Please contact Tacaro Black as soon as possible if you are running late. Your chauffeur will do their best to accommodate the delay, although additional waiting time may be chargeable depending on the circumstances.
